Guests will have full access to the property, except for the owners closet which is locked. Our property is fully fenced in.

Beautiful wooded neighborhood located right across the street from the brand new Silver Line Park and the French Broad River. 

You may hear some cars passing by throughout the day or our neighbor's dog bark when they arrive home from work if outside. Little noise can be heard inside the house.

While many things are walkable near Clyde's Cottage, for your safety we recommend taking a car or Uber as there are no sidewalks on our road and the shoulder is very narrow. 

There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any more than two vehicles.

☀Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Feel free to smoke outside, but ANY evidence of smoking inside of the house will result in a $350 charge.
☀4 guests is the MAX occupancy
☀Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets
☀ If an early check in or late check out is available, an additional fee of $25/hour will apply. This is subject to availability based on our calendar and cleaner's availability
